Among the 12 Olympian Gods it is Hephaestus who is most frequently related to the sign of Scorpio. A number of his aspects directly relate to that sign: his volcanic forgery and home in the underworld. his deformed body, his partly neglected role in the heavenly society, his role as blacksmith and sculptor, his wife Aphrodite the goddess of prostitutes and more.

The greek god Hephaistos had its abode and smithery in the underworld which relates him directly to water sign Scorpio in its role as the sign of the underworld. Hephaestus was the Greek god of blacksmiths, metalworking, carpenters, craftsmen, artisans, sculptors, metallurgy, fire, and volcanoes. Hephaestus’ Roman equivalent is Vulcan. In Greek mythology, Hephaestus was the son of Zeus and Hera, the king and queen of the gods. In another version, he was Hera’s parthenogenous child, rejected by his mother because of his deformity and thrown off Mount Olympus and down to earth. Hephaestus served as the blacksmith of the Olympian gods. His worship was particularly important in the manufacturing and industrial centers of Greece, especially in the City of Athens – with its astrogeographical coordinates located in the combination of Scorpio with earth sign Virgo. The cult of Hephaestus was based in Lemnos.

The 12.000 year old mountain sanctuary of Göbekli Tepe in today`s Turkey is currently the oldest known example for monumental sculptures on our planet.
The mountain sanctuary of Göbekli Tepe (engl: hill with the navel) is currently the oldest known temple in the world. It`s construction was started between the 10th and 9th millenium BC. It was supposedly built by a pre-agricultural society of hunters. The carefully carved out reliefs show lions (or tigers or leopards), bulls, boars, foxes, gazelles, snakes, other reptiles, vultures, cranes, ibises and scorpions. The temple was built on the highest point of a mountain range near the city Sanliurfa in the southeast of Turkey in the constellation of the earth sign Capricorn with the water sign Scorpio.
Astrogeographic position of Göbekli Tepe for morphogenetic field level 3 which describes the atmosphere and energetical topics of the area of the site and how it is embedded in the land: the sanctuary of round structures at Göbekli Tepe is located ion a mountain in solid, conservative earth sign Capricorn sign of mountains, hardest rocks, control, government institutions, tribal laws and regulations, tradition, history and indicator for the institutions that consolidate a society. Capricorn stands for the strategical importance of the site, its prominent position on the top of a mountain and its monumental character as a mountain and rock sanctuary, Capricorn stands for the function of the impressive artwork as a symbol of the stablity of a society, ruling caste or dynasty and the purpose of conserving the memory of its history and culture for eternity. This function of sanctuaries in Capricorn can be observed at Machu Picchu, ,
The 2nd coordinate lies in highly alert, defensive, solid, fixed water sign Scorpio sign of sculpting, imaging, visualization, metal working, fortresses, trauma and due to its central role in autumn the sign of death, the underworld and transformation. The massive character of some of the monoliths with a weight of 20 to 30 in some cases up to 50 tons, is symptomatic of monumental, partly, gigantomanic character of the fixed sign Scorpio and its resonance with giants.
This combination of Scorpio as the sign of death with Capricorn as the sign of tradition, history and conservation ponts at the function of a sanctuary as place of sacrifice, burial or burning place and possible site of a stronghold or retreat.
1.2 Crazy Horse Memorial Scorpio – Taurus/Gemini ——— collossal head worked out of the mountain as a memorial for indigenous North American culture in Gemini the sign of signposts
Crazy Horse Memorial in the Black Hills, in Custer County, South Dakota depicts the legendary Ogalala Lakota Warrior Crazy Horse designed by sculptor Korczak Ziółkowski. The Memorial consists of the mountain carving and an “Indian Museum of North America”. The site is located only 27 miles from the Mount Rushmore memorial.
Crazy Horse Memorial is built in competition with the Mount Rushmore Memorial. The head of Crazy Horse will be 27 m tall which is 8 m taller than the president sculptures at Mount Rushmore. The monument has been in progress since 1948 and is far from completion. If completed, it may become one of the world’s largest sculpture.
Astrogeographic position of the Statue of liberty for morphogenetic field level 3 which describes the atmosphere and energetical topics of the sculpture itself: : the place of the Crazy Horse memorial is located in self-defensive, solid water sign Scorpio the sign of giants, colossal statues, imaging and sculpting particularly in situ. I have described a list of spectatcular examples for Scorpio`s role as the most important sign of sculpting, stone masonry and welding in my blog text: Scorpio as the Sign of Sculpting. As the sign of nomadic cultures Scorpio also represent the most relevant astrological resonating sign for nomadic mative american cultures.
The 2nd coordinate of the site of the Crazy Horse monument is located right in between the earth sign Taurus the sign of the earth, possession of territory, roots, grounding, food, buffaloes and practical, neutral air sign Gemini the sign of road crossings, signposts, symbols, information, learning, technology, dualism and the most important astrological resonating sign of US – culture. This combination of the position of the monument between Taurus the topic of defending one teritory and Gemini the sign of signposts stands for the purpose of the Crazy Horse Monument project as an attempted response to the Mount Rushmore Memorial which from a native American point of view was built as a memorial of the dominance of the US presidents over the land. This also means that it is not actually a native american tribal monument in the first place but rather a monument of the defense of the role of Native american tribals in the USA.
That appeal to the dominance of european style US culture over the nature of the american lands that is represented by the Mount Rushmore memorial is explained by its astrogeographic positions in Leo with Capricorn. Self-centered fire sign Leo the sign of royalty and kingdom, stands for its absolutism and the resonance with the central government in Washington (in Leo). Herarchical, conservative, Strict earth sign Capricorn the sign of control, governments, laws, the ruling classes and astrogeographical resonating sign of London stands for the roots of the US american political culture and social ideals in the traditional system of the british rule and parliamentary system. Capricorn is also the ascendant and the moon sign in the US Natal Chart.

The mountain is considered to be a very old site for meditation of monks of the Jain religion and their predecessors.
Astrogeographic position for morphogenetic field level 3 which describes how the construction site of the statue is embedded in the landscape: The place is situated in the constellation of the two highly solid, fixed zodiac signs Taurus and Scorpio both indicators for the colossal form of the statue. Earth sign Taurus corresponding to the earth, groun ding, growing roots, food, grains, cows, agriculture in general, market places and wealth suggesting the site of a cult for the benefit in agriculture and trade.
Water sign Scorpio the sign of sculpting, imaging and the construction, stone masonry and blacksmith trades is the opposite sign of Taurus in it`s role as the sign of farmers. And as the sign of transformation Scorpio is the main astrological indicator for chemistry, alchemy, welding and the amalgamation of different elements of food during the annual Maha Masthaka Abhisheka ritual.
Taurus is the indicator for the food in the fascinating sacrifice and purification rituals during the Maha Masthaka Abhisheka ceremony, the main ceremony of the temple. The place is situated in the combination of water sign Scorpio with air sign Libra. The fixed sign of Scorpio is the corresponding sign of the crafts of forging and stone carving. The fixed principle of Scorpio proves to be an aspect of monumentality and stability of buildings here. In addition to the two large sculptures a series of small sculptures have also been worked into the rocks.

The 2nd coordinate lies in aristocratic air sign Libra the sign of higher culture, royal courts. harmony, balance, beauty. decoration, theatre stages and angels.
1.9 Acoma Pueblo Scorpio – Pisces/Aries —————– a natural rock fortress sculpted by wind and water
Acoma Pueblo, New Mexico is the oldest continuously inhabited site in the U.S. Built between 1000-1200 AD on a natural rock fortress Acoma Pueblo is a perfect example for the priority of the choice of an easy to defend place for the site for an early settlement. Sites on natural rock fortresses are highly symptomatic for castles and settlements in Scorpio. Another really extreme example for such a fortress built on a rock is Sigiriya in Sri Lanka which has both coordinates in Scorpio.
Astrogeographical position of Acoma Pueblo for morphogenetic radius/field level 3 which describes the energetical topics of the whole rock fortress and how it is embedded in the landscape: The mountain on which Acoma Pueblo is built is located in highly alert, solid, defensive water sign Scorpio sign of strongholds, sculpting, concrete, construction work. The 2nd coordinate falls in between spiritual water sign Pisces sign of hiding, dreaming, temples, illusions and highly energetic, alert, male fire sign Aries sign of warfare, action, speed, fighting, motivation for defense and together with Scorpio the most important astrological indicator for strongholds.

2.1 The Statue of Liberty Scorpio – Leo ——— a present of France to the USA for the political solidarity of the 2 countries in regard of political rights and liberty located in Leo the sign of French culture
Astrogeographic position of the Statue of liberty for morphogenetic field level 3 which describes the atmosphere and energetical topics of the island and sculpture:the construction site has one coordinate in highly energetical. magnetic, self-centered, royal fire sign Leo the sign of the sun, light, self-expression, self-esteem, gold and main indicator for french culture. The 2nd coordinate lies in highly alert, defensive water sign Scorpio the sign of sculpting, imaging, visualization, steel, metalworking, the underworld, giants and indicator for the large colossal shape of the statue. The term “collossus” is symptomatic of this feature of the colossal meaning rather unrefined, gigantic shape tayoical for Scorpio. The Statue of Liberty is one many examples for astrogeographic constellations where colossal or monumental sculptures appear in Scorpio the sign of the sculptors, stonemasos and blacksmith trades
The royal sign Leo among other aspects stands for kingdom and therefore also for monarchy. As one important correspondency of ancient Greek culture it may also be related to the right of individual humans to emancipate themselves from the gods as from spiritual and social hierarchies, It so reflects and supports the individual right and authority to be ones own king. In astrological literature this relationship between Greek culture and the astrological principle of Leo has hardly been recognized. I have become aware of it only through the development of my astrological geomantic map of Europe. The affinity of Leo with French culture has been very well noted in classical astrological literature. The polarity between the absolutism of the Sun King (Louis XIV) and the radical emancipation of individual citizens during the French Revolution are both expressions of Leo.
2.2 “Christo Redentor” Scorpio – Leo ———- largest Jesus statue worldwide located above Rio de Janeiro. Partly of french origin too and in the same combination of signs as the Statue of Liberty.
2.3 Golden Buddha of Wat Traimit Scorpio – Leo ——— largest sculpture worldwide made of gold. Contains 5,5 t of pure gold. Located in Leo the sign of gold.
Leo as the sign of gold & Scorpio as the sign of the gold rush. World’s largest gold statue – Golden Buddha of Wat Traimit – Bangkok contains 5,5 tons of gold.
Astrogeographic position for morphogenetic field level 4 which describes the atmosphere and energetical topics of the sculpture itself: located in the combination of the highly energetic, magnetic royal fire sign Leo the sign of the Sun and major indicator for gold and the highly defensive, hierarchical water sign Scorpio the sign of mental perception. Compare: Sabian Symbol for 6° Scorpio: “The Gold Rush Tears Men Away From Their Native Soil”.
2.4 Christ of the Abyss Scorpio – Aries ————- underwater guardian statue of christ near a fault line in Italy
Christ of the Abyss is the name of a bronze statue in the sea near the abbey of San Fruttuoso on the peninsula Portofino on the Italian Riviera. The 2.5 metres tall sculpture was placed in the water on August 22, 1954 at 17 metres depth. The pose of the Christ statue is such that it`s face facing the sky or light above the water surface.
Astrogeographic position for field level 3 which describes how the site of the sculpture in the small bay of San Fruttuoso is embedded in the peninsula: The site is located right next to the divide between particularly open air sign Libra and highly defensive water sign Scorpio at about 1° Scorpio the sign of sculpting. Scorpio is the indicator here for the underwater site and as the sign of the underworld especially for the topic of the “Abyss” which geologically is to be compared to a fault. The location at about 1° in Scorpio stands for a place at the entrance of the abyss (fault) here. This means that the statue was placed here as a guardian or a ruler of the place for protection against the spirits and energies of the abyss here.
This can be concluded also from the astrological transits on the day of the placement of the statue. Saturn which as the ruler of Capricorn is the natural indicator for guardians was in transit of the first degrees of Scorpio exactly on the position where the guardian sculpture was placed. The conjunction of Saturn with Lilith right next to the ascendant but in house 12 the house of the unconscious and invisible could stand for the realms of beings from the spheres of the unaccepted, suppressed, neglected and forgotten.
The second coordinate is right in the middle of highly alert, dynamic, erect, male fire sign Aries which can not only serve as an indicator for the intensely erect posture of the statue, but as the sign of warfare and fighting for survival also as an indicator for the intention of a threatening aspect of the statue. The threatening aspect of the Christ`s position is not through a weapon but by directing all information to the sky, god and light above as the statue`s face and looks are connecting the site with the sky.
2.5 Chennakesava Temple Libra/Scorpio – Scorpio ———— brilliant medieval example for the elaborate scultping work and imaging in Scorpio in combination with Libra`s attempt to decorate and beautify.
2.6 Metalmorphosis Scorpio-Virgo ———- fascinating sculpture of a head in Virgo the sign of psychoanalysis located in Whitehall Technology Park in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Metalmorphosis I is a mirrored water fountain created by Czech sculptor David Černýat the Whitehall Technology Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 14-ton sculpture is made from stainless steel layers that rotate 360 degrees and occassionally align to create a giant head. The different layers can be shifted separately like for a constructivist study of the different elements of our heads, the faces we wear, the states of mind we`re in and the different aspects of our identity that the different parts of our heads represent.
Astrogeographic position for morphogenetic field level for morphogenetic field level 4 which describes the atmosphere and energetical topics of the sculpture iteslf: the site is located in the combination of solid, fixed water sign Scorpio the sign of sculpting, steel, metal working, imaging and photography with earth sign Virgo the sign of reason, health and psychology. The coordinate in Virgo falls exactly on the first degree of the sign which in the Dane Rudhyar interpretation of the Sabian Symbols is actually described as a man`s head :
“Phase 151 – 1° Virgo: In a portrait, the significant features of a man`s head are artistically emphasized. Keynote: The capacity to picture to oneself the salient features and the overall meaning of any life situation.”
By leaving aside the rest of the human body David Černý`s sculpture presents a single part of the being of a human for examination. The symbolism of the head as a part of the human body and life may include a number of aspects: perception, thinking, personality, deciding, self control, mind control, suppressed emotions, intellectuality and so on. Virgo as the sixth astrological element even though a summer sign therefore part of the emotional body has a particular focus on analytical intellectuality. Because Virgo stands for a skin which protects the inner organs from being directly exposed to the outside world it`s function for the whole of the nervous system is self-protection and particularly protection of our individual emotionality. In this sense Virgo literally stands for control over personal emotions and the craving for controllable intellectuality. In this sense and and at this particular site in Virgo the head isolated from the rest of the body is almost archetypal for the sign of Virgo.
Scorpio the sign of collossal sculptures in contrast to it´s subsequent sign Sagittarius which stands for ornamentation and the artwork on fine details in sculpting stands for rather raw and coarse elements of style (compare: Scorpio as the sign of sculpting). As the main indicating sign for welding and metalworking it is to be related to the basic, technical features of sculptures in the first place. Scorpio relates to the eighth circuit in the nervous system and as a part of the mental body stands for the capacity for mental perception including the processing of traumas and pain. This is how intellectuality in Scorpio can have a tendency of being traumatically cut off from the emotional body. In Scorpio both aspects intellectuality and emotionality tend to be limited to defensive reflexes. This is how the astrogeographic position of the sculpture relates it`s motif to the head of a roboter, android or machine here.
The neutralisation and traitlessness of the face expression may be related to either of the two coordinates of the place Virgo and Scorpio. In regard to Virgo it would stand for the desire for mental control and the consciousness about the habitual patterns behind emotionality. In relation to Scorpio it stands for states in which the traumatic issues or patterns of role behaviour cover up individual expression.
2.7 Jesus watchtower in Transsylvania Scorpio – Gemini ———– Jesus sculpture in the form of a watchtower. Climb to the top an take a look at the hills of Transylvania through the eyes of Jesus
The sculpture “Jézus-szíve kilátó” (Heart of Jesus Lookout Tower) was erected on a hilltop in near the town of Lupeni (hungarian: Farkaslaka) in Transsylvania in the year 2011. It is 22 m high, made of stainless steel and was designed by the sculptor Walter Zawaczky.
The construction site is situated in the constellation of the water sign Scorpio with the air sign Gemini. This applies to astrogeographical radius level 3, which describes how the site is embedded in the surrounding area. Scorpio stands for the concept of the colossal sstatue, for sculpture work in general and also for the steel construction. The air sign Gemini stands for the air inside the sculpture`s body and for the way its constructional details are displayed here. Among the 12 apostles of Jesus Thomas the so called “Unbeliever” is related to the aspect of Gemini. This does not mean that Thomas had no faith, but rather that he was trying to understand spiritual matters instead of mystifying them in the first place. Gemini does not stand for religious places because of its reflex to question beliefs and hyrarchies in general. This does not necessarily mean that it has to exclude spirituality or that it is of no value for for a spiritual quest.
The religious or spiritual aspects of Jesus are not presented as the first and main elements of the sculpture, at least not in a traditional way. The concept of displaying how Jesus can be constructed of steel elements may rather be understood as a criticism and provocation implying that the traditional image of Jesus is a construction and a hypothesis.
Gemini stands for ways, roads and tracks. Therefore the staircase inside the sculpture can be interpreted as an aspect of Gemini. In the same way the fact that the statue is not only there for looking at it, but for trying it out, for example by taking a look at the world right through the eyes of Jesus, is an element of the sign of Gemini.
2.8 Colossal Shiva Scorpio – Cancer ———— tallest sculpture of the Hindu god in the two most important indicating signs for Shiva
At the time of its completion in 2011 The Kailashnath Mahadev Statue in Nepal was the tallest Shiva statue in the world. It is 44 m tall and made from copper, zinc, steel and cement.
Astrogeographic position: The area aroundrthe construction site is situated in the combination of the two water signs Cancer and Scorpio. This is valid for astrogeographical radius level 3, which describes how the place is embedded in the surrounding area. This constellation may be understood as describing important aspects of the Hindu deity Lord Shiva.
Indian astrologers often relate Shiva to the sign of Scorpio. There are a number of explanations why Shiva would resonate with this sign. First of all because it was Shiva who at the “Churning of the milk ocean” (= the galaxy), drank away all the poison which caused his head and neck to turn blue. Secondly because of his neglection of the caste system, social habits and expectations that Shiva stands for. This aspect makes Shiva a reprersentative of the aspect of an outlaw and rebel. Thirdly because of his rulership over the world of demons. Scorpio through its relation with Aries would define the male aspect of the Shiva Lingam as one of Shiva`s main symbols. The Kailashnath Shiva statue is one of many examples for astrogeographic constellations, where Scorpio appears as the sign of the stonemasonry and blacksmith trades together with large sculptures. Compare my article Scorpio as the sign of sculpting.
The presence of the sign of emotional water sign Cancer in addition to Scorpio is highly symptomatic for sites related to Shiva . From my experience in astrogeographical field study it can be definitely concluded that Cancer has the strongest astrological resonance with important sites related to Shiva. Shiva is often described through the polarity with the aun god Vishnu who represents light. Therefore the Moon the ruling planet of Cancer is the first planetary analogy of the spiritual qualities of Shiva. This is why he is depicted with a crescent Moon on his head. Shiva`s home on Mount Kailash is located in Cancer too. From the pile of hair on the crown chakra of Shiva`s head the source of the river Ganges flows down. This is important here because Cancer is the astrological sign of water springs.
2.9 The Kelpies Scorpio – Sagittarius ———— huge horse – head sculptures in Sagittarius the sign of horses
2.10 Valley of Saints Scorpio – Pisces/Aries ———– sculpture park dedicated to sculpting 1000 Breton saints
2.11 Buddha Maitreya Scorpio – Scorpio ————- 32 m tall sculpture in Nubra, Valley, Ladakh, India.
2.12 Statue of Nostradamus Scorpio – Scorpio ———– a sculpture of the legendary astrologer and healer in his birth town Salon-en Provence.
2.13 Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao Scorpio – Pisces ———– a museum designed as a maritime ship sculpture
The Guggenheim Museum itself is a sculpture.
2.14 Vattanac Capital Tower Scorpio – Aquarius ————- a skyscraper (topic of Aquarius ) designed as a dragon (topic of Scorpio) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Vattanac Capital Tower in Phnom Penh, Cambodia was designed and built to represent a dragon by TFP Farrells Architects between 2009 and 2014. The tower is 183m tall. The ideal of a dragon depicted here derives from a cultural inheritance in which dragons are seen as symbols of luck and their threatening powers are interpreted in a positive way. Wether one actually sees a dragon in the shape of Vattanac Tower or not is of course a question of the point of view. The building could also be seen as depicting a snake or a snail with it`s snail shell on the back.
Astrogeographic position for morphogenetic field level 3 which describes the atmosphere and energetical topics of the buildings and area around it: the construction ground for the tower is located in highly alert, defensive, solid and fixed water sign Scorpio the sign of strongholds and fortresses, sculpting, sculptures, imaging, visualization, transformation, trauma and the underworld. Scorpio is also the natural indicator for dragons, snakes, reptiles and their capacities for skinning. In regard to the qualities associated to dragons Scorpio relates to threatening and self-defensive poses. This relates to the Chinese inheritance where emperors used the dragon as a symbol of their imperial power and strength. As the sign of metal working Scorpio resonates with the importance of the role of stability of the structure and of steel enforced concrete. The tendency to rely on stoutness, strength and large proportions relates to Scorpio`s correspondence with giants. For the equivalence with dragons see the example of Drachenfels (dragon mountain) in Scorpio having both coordinates in Scorpio.
In astrological tradition eagles are associated with Scorpio too. The image the eagles was used as a symbols of the power and strength of the Roman Empire. Therefore the question arises in how far the iconic use of the threatening pose of animals as such is to be understood as a “scorpionesque” method.
In astrogeographical field study the “scorpionesque” aspect of this method is reflected in the position of the lion claws at the gate of Sirgiriya fortress in Sri Lanka where both coordinates lie in Scorpio.
The 2nd coordinate is located in creative, innovative, spiritual air sign Aquarius the sign of the sky, heaven, paradisem abstraction and of connecting the earth and ground with the sky and heavens. In skyscrapers Aquarius particuarly relates to the in the early era in the history of skyscrapers. Furthermore Aquarius as the sign of inspiration, contrast and going new ways stands for the exceptional and unusual character of the building here as the only one of it`s kind. Aquarius is the natural indicator for alternative concepts and for all kinds of quests where people try make their ideals reality.
The archetypal principles Scorpio and Aquarius relate ro each other through a square – an aspect of tension, contradiction and conflicting points of views. The fact that the depiction of the dragon image as represented by Vattanac Capital Tower appears in an abstract (Aquarius related) form suggests the intention here to contradict the patterns of habital perception as in the classical, ornamental use (Scorpio related) of the symbol.
2.15 White Horse Temple Scorpio – Virgo ————– the legendary, iconic White Horse is the symbol of the arrival of buddhism in China – Virgo appears as the sign of indan & yoga culture
The legendary White Horse Temple at Luoyang, China is the first Buddhist temple in China. It is reported to have been established in the year 68 AD under Emperor Ming in the Eastern Han capital Luoyang.
Astrogeographic position: for field level 3 which inludes the whole of the White Horse Temple area the site is located in self-protective earth sign Virgo the sign of yoga and meditation culture, celibacy, reason, monkhood, self-cleaning, health, self-protection, fasting and a major indicator for meditation techniques. As the indicator for indian (hindu) culture Virgo relates the temple site to the cultural exchange between China and India, Through buddhism the indian meditation culture and with the buddhist scriptures also the indian (Sanskrit) language exerted an intense influence on the culture of religion in China.
The 2nd coordinate of the White Horse Temple is located in highly alert, self-defensive, mental water sign Scorpio the sign of fortresses, sculpting, learning by watching and copying, mental and social hierarchies, caste systems and in religion an indicator for dogma and ideologies. In its role as the sign of sculpting and imaging Scorpio is the indicator for the emblematic white horse statue as the symbol for the initatiation into buddhism.
2.16 Rudolf Steiner`s Goetheanum Scorpio – Pisces ————– Steiner`s concept for an ideal concert hall was built in the combination of his ascendant and sun sign.
2.17 “Life Underground” Scorpio-Libra ————— sculpture of an alligator eating a money-head at 14th Street – Eighth Avenue subway station in New York.
Scorpio in its role as the sign of reptiles and the ruler of the underground world
“Life Underground” is a sculpture showing a crocodile coming out from the depths of the underground to eat the money-heads, rich or capitalists. The sculpture is located inside of the entrance hall of 14th Street – Eighth Avenue subway station in New York by. It was created by american sculptor Tom Otterness in 2001.
Astrogeographical position od the sculpture for morphogenetical field level 4 which describes the atmosphere of the sculpture itself: the site lies in water sign Scorpio the sign of reptiles, the underworld, the robber castes, sculpting, imaging and a major indicator underground culture. The second coordinate lies in aristocratic air sign Libra sign of harmony, balance, beauty, justice, angels, victims, decoration and the ideal of higher culture.

2.19 Franz Kafka Monument Scorpio – Scorpio ————- sculpture in Prague
Both coordinates of Kafka`s family home were located in Scorpio and in house 4 of his birth chart explaining his deepest personal identification with the place personal and also his isolation inside of himself here. The sculptures depicts Kafka`s situation here in such a way that the inner identity is depicted as riding on top of an empty suit that represents the need for an outward form and personality. The metal sculpture was created by sculptor Jaroslav Róna and placed here in 2003,
2.20 Triumph of the Republic sculpture Scorpio/Sagittarius – Aries ——— superlarge sculpture in the center of Place de la Nation in Paris located on the dividebetween Scorpio and Sagittarius the sign of triumph & victory
Astrogeographic position for morphogenetic field level 4 which describes the atmosphere and energetical topics of the sculpture: the exact position lies exactly in the centre of the large round square Place de la Nation right on the divide between solid, fixed water sign Scorpio sign of sculpting, stone-masonry, imaging, visualization, photography and dynamic fire sign Sagittarius sign of victory, triumph, circles, balls, style, design and ornamentation. The position in Sagittarius which is also present at Arc de Triomf resonates with the emphasis on victory and triumph.
As Sagittarius is also one of the astrogeographical coordinates that defines the whole of Paris (27°Aqua/28°Sag) it also relates the sculpture to the topics of the glory and trumph of the City of Paris itself.
The 2nd coordinate of the sculpture lies in dynamic male fire sign Aries the sign of speed, action, warfare, strength, sports.
The presence of lions indicates some form of resonance of fire sign Leo. But that does not mean that the place has to be located in Leo – especially not in France as Leo is the most important resonator for the whole of french culture.
