Astrology and Places: The Tower of the Winds in Athens
The Tower of the Winds in Athens or Horologion is an octagonal marble clocktower, a so called horologion with a combination of sundials, a water clock, and a wind vane. It was constructed in 50 BC. in the Roman Agora (town center) of Athens.
Astrogeographic position: The Tower of the Winds is located in the mental fire sign Sagittarius the sign of time-measurement, clock towers, thinking, philosophy and a major indicator for science. Sagittarius is not only the the major indicator for clocks but also for watchtowes, calendar buildings and observatories. The 2nd coordinate falls in fire sign Leo the sign of the Sun and light and a major indicator for sun-dials just like the Intihuantana sundial at Macchu Picchu (read my Intihuatana blog entry).
The constellation of Sagittarius with Leo at the Tower of Winds is valid for field level 4 which describes the function and atmosphere of the building itself.
